There can be several reasons why your credit card deposit has been declined:
- Incorrect details: Be sure the details (Full Name and Address) you entered to the deposit form are identical to that with which you registered your MaximBet account.
- Incorrect CVV number: Be sure you have correctly typed the digits in the CVV field.
- Incorrect expiry date: Be sure to enter the expiry date correctly as the payment will not be approved if it isn’t.
- Insufficient funds: If your account doesn’t have sufficient funds to cover your deposit, your deposit attempt will not be approved.
For Visa and Mastercard, the CVV is the three digits located on the back of your card, to the right of the signature strip.
