Once you have made a deposit, your money should appear in your MaximBet account bankroll immediately, and will be displayed to the left of the “Deposit” tab.
- Should, however, your deposit is not immediately added to your account, it’s possible that the `show balance´ option has been disabled
- Go to the “My Account” Tab , and ensure the Show Balance in Header “Yes” option is checked and highlighted
- If the Show Balance in Header option is already checked, please check to confirm that the deposit was Approved.
Please follow the below steps to check the status of your deposit.
- In the main menu, click on the ´Transaction History´
- In the “Transaction History” window, Chose the desired “Date Range”. Then select the “Deposit” option from the “Result Type” Drop down list
- If you have deposited but after you have done all the steps above, the deposit still hasn’t reached your account. contact us.
Please, be aware that support may ask you to send a copy of your Credit Card or e-wallet statement showing the deposit made into your account.
