Our Terms and Conditions are a legal document, we have tried to make it as easy to

with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and House Rules are known collectively as the
“Terms”, this is a contract between you and MaximBet.

operator has excluded you form gambling with them.
4.4 You shall not attempt to place any wagers or engage in any gaming activity if you are in
that moment outside the boundaries of the State of Colorado. There are certain Federal
prohibitions and restrictions regarding Internet gaming (i.e. 18 U.S.C. §§ 1084 et seq. (The
Wire Act) and 31 U.S.C. §§3163 through 3167 (Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement
Act)). It is a federal offense for persons physically located outside of Colorado to engage in

Gaming. You acknowledge that you are prohibited from using our services outside the state
of Colorado. We will not be liable for any breach of any local, national, federal or state laws

4.5 You must refrain from using our services if you are a prohibited person pursuant to
44-30-1506, C.R.S., an individual whose participation may undermine the integrity of the
betting activity or the sports event itself, any person that is prohibited for good cause
including but not limited to: any person placing a bet as an agent or proxy; Any person who
is an athlete, coach, player, referee, in or on any sports event overseen by the person’s sports
governing body based on publicly available information. Any person who holds a position of
influence or authority that is sufficient to wield influence over the participants in a sporting
event, including, but not limited to coaches, managers, trainers, handlers or any person with
access to exclusive information on any sports overseen by that person’s sports governing
body. Any person identified by any lists provided by the sports governing body to the Division
of Gaming (each, a “Prohibited Sports Betting Participant”) must refrain from engaging in
sports betting in the state of Colorado and must disclose his or her status as a prohibited
sports betting participant to all relevant persons and/or governing bodies.
4.6 In the unpleasant situation that you are found to have breached the clauses presented in
sections 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5 of these Terms and Conditions:
- We may cancel any bets you may have placed with MaximBet
- We shall void any winnings resulted from your betting activity
- We may refer your case to guardians or family members, the police or any other official and appropriate regulatory authorities.
5. Account Opening
5.1 It is the sole responsibility of the patron to make sure that all details provided at
registration are accurate and up to date. A failure in registering an account with your sole
personal and accurate details may result in us voiding bets, winnings and/or payments if we
discover inaccurate information has been presented. You have the option to update your
personal details on the Website or contacting our Customer Support Service via all available
communication channels.
5.2 We only allow one account per customer. Any deviation from this rule will result in us
voiding and canceling any bets, winnings or outstanding payments and also suspend such a
Duplicate Account. We also reserve the right to close any account and void any bets if the
details of the Account Holder do not match those of the owner who funded said account.
5.3 MaximBet does not allow patrons to transfer any type of funds between accounts at any
point in time.
5.4 You are solely responsible for reporting, recording and paying any taxes to relevant
government authorities, on any winnings you record on our platform.
5.5 The participation you have in wagering on our platform is purely personal and not
professional and you will not make use of services that provide automated wagering via bots
or any other type of software.
6. Deposits
6.1 In order to make bets on our platform, you need to deposit funds into your MaximBet
Account. Deposited funds might take a few days to appear in your account depending on the
payment method used. We do not offer any interest on funds held in your MaximBet
Account.
6.2 By making a deposit you acknowledge and agree that:
- The funds you deposit originate from a payment source of which you are the legal
owner. - The funds you deposit originate from a legal source and they are not connected in
any way with any type of illegal activity or source - The funds you deposit are authorized by you and you only and you will not attempt to
reverse any deposit made into your Account.

7. Withdrawals
You may request a withdrawal at any time from your account in the My Account section of
the website. You may only withdraw cleared funds that are not subject to Wagering or
Turnover requirements.
Before processing any withdrawal request, please be advised that we have certain controls
in place in order to ensure the legitimacy and security of the players and their funds.
We may choose to verify your identity prior to processing a withdrawal.
We aim to process any withdrawal request in less than 24 - 48 hours as long as all our

9. Placing a bet
9.1 All bets must be placed via the Website or the MaximBet mobile app.
9.2 You can only place bets up to the amount held within your MaximBet Player Account or
up to any limit set on an event or market as specified in the House Rules. The minimum and
maximum bets are set by MaximBet and will be displayed on the website when
attempting to enter an amount for your selection.
9.3 We reserve the right to accept or decline any proposed bet.

together with the scope of defrauding MaximBet
9.7 Pre-match bets are accepted up to the off-time of an event or a predetermined time,
whichever is earlier. We reserve the right to void any bets should we think an obvious error
has occurred or if any bets were placed later than the agreed off time or predetermined time.
9.8 We reserve the right at any time to exclude any customer from using MaximBet
or the MaximBet Mobile App or from taking part in MaximBet selected promotions and
offers.
9.9 If a dispute arises regarding the times of a bet being placed, our transaction logs will be
considered as reference for the final settlement of said bet. If no record of the bet is present
in our transaction logs, said bet shall be deemed as not placed. Make sure you periodically
check both your Account balance and transaction history when using MaximBet.
9.10 In order for us to accept your bets you acknowledge and warrant that:
- You are not a Prohibited Sports Betting participant
- You are not prohibited by any term of your contract of employment, these Terms &
Conditions or any other rule of a Sports Governing Body or other professional body
which you are a member of. - You are not misusing any inside information to place a bet. Inside information refers
to any type of information not disclosed to the public, and if disclosed would be likely
to affect the outcome or the pricing of an event or market.
We reserve the right to void any bets and not pay any winnings resulting from said bets if
they were placed in breach of any clause in section 9.10.
9.11 In the event a warning is received by MaximBet with regards to suspicious or illegal
betting activity or any other possible instance in which an event has been manipulated, we
reserve the right to suspend said event or markets and delay/withhold any payments until
the integrity of the event or market have been confirmed by either the official governing body,
sports federation, or by MaximBet using reasonable discretion.
9.12 In the case of a confirmation from the regulator or sports governing bodies that an
event has been compromised or manipulated in any way, we reserve the right to suspend
and void any bets placed on said event by any individual or group of individuals we consider
to have used inside information for placing said bets.
9.13 We reserve the right to refuse or limit any Bet / Bonus or Promotion at our sole
discretion for any reason and without any obligation to provide notice.
9.14 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
- There is suspicion that you are engaging in fraudulent or illegal activity when using
MaximBet - There is a breach on your behalf of our Terms & Conditions and/or House Rules
- There is suspicion or confirmation that you might experience gambling problems
- There is suspicion that you are taking an unfair advantage either over other players
or us by exploiting our software - There is a requirement to do so by law
9.15 Following termination or suspension of your account, MaximBet will make all
reasonable efforts to release any funds outstanding in your player account. Please contact
our Customer Support Team if you have any funds held in your suspended or terminated
account. We reserve the right to withhold any funds if they are the subject of an internal or
external investigation where we suspect you were in breach of these Terms & Conditions,
your account has been linked with suspicious activity or we are required to do so by any
governmental, regulatory or enforcement agency.
9.16 If an internal and/or external investigation concludes that your betting activity was in
breach of these Terms and Conditions or that your account has been directly responsible or
linked with fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to seize part or all the funds in your Player
Account. This will be done at our sole discretion and/or in accordance with any suggestion,
request or order from any governmental, regulatory or law agency. In addition, if formally
requested by law enforcement, gaming regulators, or taxation or other authorities, or in the
event that you fail to provide us with sufficient information to identify yourself in accordance
with our internal procedures or those procedures imposed on us by the Division of Gaming
and/or other authorities, we may suspend your Account and all functionality relating to the
use of your Account and withhold from you any funds in your Account pending the final
determination of any criminal or other legal proceedings or investigation to which such a
request may relate or until you provide the necessary 'know your client' or 'age verification'
information as appropriate.
9.17 Live Betting - means placing a bet while an event is in progress. In addition to the
above mentioned terms and conditions, the following apply to Live Betting:
- We reserve the right to void any part of any, or all, Bets on any Live Betting event that
is not completed (i.e., abandoned, postponed); - Where a blatant or palpable error is made in offers made, prices offered or bets
accepted or in the in transmission of any event on which we have purported to offer
Live Betting, Bets may be settled at the correct price at the time at which the Bet was
placed, as determined by MaximBet - Where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Bet is placed after the outcome
of an event is known, we reserve the right to void the Bet.
9.18 Please note that in the case of Live Betting, you may not at any time be able to see or
otherwise be provided with the most up-to-date information in relation to the relevant event,
including for example (but without limitation), through delayed coverage, a slow connection
or equipment, or other system flaws, faults, errors or service interruption. We shall not be
liable for any delay in relaying up-to-date information and it is up to you to always check
official 3rd party sources in order to ensure the accuracy of the data displayed.
9.19 Cash Out is a feature which is offered on various singles and multiples bets. Cash Out
allows you to amend your original bet and lock in a profit or a loss by settling your bet (or a
portion of your bet) early, without having to wait for the event to finish. Please note in
particular that for a variety of reasons (including for example technical issues, human error,
suspicions of fraud or other improprieties and/or other issues outside of our control), we
cannot guarantee the availability at all times of the Cash Out functionality, even where the
functionality has been advertised in connection with a particular event. Please be aware and
accept, therefore, that unless Cash Out is available and successfully exercised in connection
with a particular Bet, your initial Bet will, unless otherwise provided in accordance with these
Terms and Conditions, stand as originally placed.
9.20 Bet placement using free bet credits is not allowed on MaximBet if any selection price is
under -200 (1.50).
Free bet credits cannot be used on odds boosted events.
9.21 Free Bets will not be allowed on any market linked to the Sport Category named 'TV &
Specials', including Odds Boosts and others part of it.
10. Winnings
10.1 All winnings will be credited to your MaximBet Account as soon as they are cleared.
10.2 Official results will be as published and confirmed by the relevant governing body or as
otherwise generally accepted.
10.3 The maximum payout for any customer in a twenty-four (24) hour period is as defined
for each sport and market in the House Rules or as defined on the Bet Receipt at the
moment of placing the bet, whichever is the lesser amount.
10.4 MaximBet will not pay any winnings in excess of the limits defined in the House Rules
for any customer whose winnings exceed those limits.
10.5 In cases where you win 600.00 dollars or more, and the bet that resulted in those
winnings was placed at odds of at least 300 to 1, we will report those winnings to the Internal
Revenue Service (IRS) and the Colorado Department of Revenue.
10.6 In cases where you win 5,000.00 dollars or more, and the bet that resulted in those
winnings was placed at odds of at least 300 to 1, we will withhold twenty-four (24%) percent
of those winnings and remit that amount to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). We will
provide you with a W2-G form summarizing the information for tax purposes at the end of the
tax year of winning.
10.7 Any question or complaint regarding a bet must be raised no later than six (6) months
after the bet has been settled.
11. Fraudulent Activity
11.1 We reserve the right to seek criminal or other sanctions against you if we suspect you
have engaged in fraudulent, dishonest or criminal acts and we will disclose such information
to the relevant authorities or other relevant third parties (for example, payment service
providers) as may be necessary in this regard.
11.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Account we believe to be involved in
fraud, money laundering and/or any other form of illegal or suspicious activities and to report
such details as we reasonably consider necessary to relevant authorities.
11.3 You undertake that all money that you deposit in your Account is untainted with any
illegality and, in particular, does not originate from any illegal activity or source.
12. Dormant Accounts
An account shall be considered “Dormant” in the event that the account holder does not log
in within a three (3)-year period. Dormant accounts will be opted out of all bonuses in

regulations, unclaimed balances in Dormant accounts will be forfeited. We will make all

19.1 We accept no liability for damages, liabilities or losses which are alleged or deemed to
have arisen in connection with any malfunction, loss of connection, downtime or any other

entire agreement and the contract and understanding between us, including but not limited
to any promotional specific terms or any other terms that we may ask you to agree to from
time to time
20.2 You acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and you have
no other rights in respect of statements, press releases, advertisements, warranties or other
understanding that are not expressly set out herein.
20.3 We do not waive our rights to exercise any clause in these Terms and Conditions by
delaying, failing to act or omitting when we choose to enforce, exercise or pursue rights,
claims or remedies at any time
20.4 Your rights and remedies under law are not excluded by these Terms and Conditions
20.5 Should any part of these Terms and Conditions be deemed by a court or competent
administrative body to be unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect
the other provisions and they remain in full force and effect.
20.6 These Terms and Conditions do not create, imply or in anyway deemed a partnership
between us, and neither party has a right to bind the other party to anything other than those
conditions expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions
20.7 We shall not be in breach of these Terms and Conditions for any event beyond our
reasonable control, or any event or action that can be considered Force Majeure. In any
such circumstances, we have the right to perform our obligations in a time period equivalent
to the event or action which caused the breach or delay.
20.8 We may subcontract, assign, transfer or sub-license any of our rights to any other party
for any reason
20.9 Any notice served under these Terms and Conditions will be in writing, in English and
may be delivered by any electronic or postal means inclusive of but not limited to email,
website notifications and notices, postal mail or courier. Any notice will be considered to be
delivered at the time of sending in the case of electronic communications, at the time of your
login to the Website in the case of website notifications, or at the time of recorded receipt in
the case of postal or courier delivery
20.10 These Terms and Conditions are the main body of the agreement, and inconsistencies
between any documents that make up the full agreement, unless stated otherwise, will
prevail in the main body
20.11 The English language version of these Terms and Conditions and the full agreement
shall prevail
21. Disputes, complaints and the governing law
21.1 If you have any claim or dispute arising from any transaction past or present should be
first directed to us by contacting our Customer Support Team via all available channels.
21.2 We will always respond to any complaint or dispute within 24 hours
21.3 We will always offer an explanation if we do not agree with your query
21.4 We will arrange that all unresolved disputes that involve settlement of wagers of at
at least $1250 be referred to the Division.
21.5 If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the dispute opened with MaximBet, you
have the right to forward an official complaint to the Colorado Division of Gaming by
completing the Complaint by Gaming Patron Form on the Division of Gaming’s website or by

21.6 All other controversies or claims arising out of or related to our service or these terms
shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state of Colorado and the
United States of America without regard to any choice of law or conflict of laws principles,
regardless of where you live.
21.7 We have the right, notwithstanding the foregoing, to lodge a claim against you in your
state of residence or domicile
21.8 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, if you or we want to assert a dispute
against the other, then you or we must commence it within one (1) year after the dispute
arises -- or it will be forever barred.
